On the basis of a brief analysis of the state - of - the - art of diesel engine performance monitoring and analysis , this thesis put forward a new scheme about diesel engine monitoring system , which integrate many helpful functions . we have applied this scheme into actuality in dalian locomotive factory , developed a diesel engine testing and analysis system named dmc - 701 本文在分析了國內(nèi)外柴油機試驗臺監(jiān)測控制系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合大連機車廠柴油機試驗站的現(xiàn)場實踐,提出了一個集柴油機試驗參數(shù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)分類存儲、性能分析、程序控制與一體的柴油機測試分析微機系統(tǒng)的方案,并將該方案在280zj型柴油機單缸試驗臺實施,開發(fā)了dmc - 701型柴油機單缸試驗臺性能測試分析系統(tǒng)。
The level of automatization , performance and technology of equipment onboard these vessels have been improved to a great extent , and by importing , assimilating and then absorbing technology from abroad , most of equipment have reached the world level do as the developed countries , such as the new type of monitoring devices ( stivc2100 pm & ma ) for electric generator and main engine monitoring system ( codad ) for parallel operation on double - engine - double - shaft - driven ships , which are to be put into use onboard 在這些船舶上,設(shè)備的電氣自動化程度、性能和技術(shù)水平已有了很大程度的提高。不少設(shè)備通過引進、消化、吸收國外先進技術(shù),如新一代stivc21oopm & ma電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)以及codad雙軸系雙機并車主機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已研制開發(fā)成功并不期裝船使用,亦已達到了國際上先進國家的水平。進入21世紀后船舶電氣自動化程度將進一步提高。
